Brookfield Texas reached out to us to capture drone and timelapse footage for their new 3,200 home 55+ Active Adult community “Kissing Tree” being built in San Marcos, TX.  Sensing an opportunity to do something great, we proposed adding interviews with both the Brookfield community building the houses and the ‘Pioneers” - potential residents who were invited to build community before the first stake had been laid.

The result is a feature documentary 2 years in the making, capturing all the highs and lows of making a community from the ground up.  In addition, we have delivered numerous updates and short-form featurettes edited from the library we are building.
